Her expertise lies in developing and implementing successful international recruitment strategies, building strong partnerships with agents and institutions worldwide, and effectively managing all aspects of the international student lifecycle. With a proven track record of success in diverse markets, including Europe, the CIS, and MENA regions, Sibel has consistently exceeded enrollment targets and strengthened the international presence of the institutions she has served.

Currently, she provides business consultancy services to select Canadian institutions, guiding them in developing and implementing global brand strategies, expanding into new markets, and establishing long-term partnerships with international stakeholders.
